The new Mazda 3 made its first auto show appearance on Tuesday in Frankfurt. It's the third member of the family to use the Kodo design style, which means “soul of motion.”

REMOTE RURAL areas in Scotland, North Yorkshire and Devon could benefit from a 5p-per-litre fuel duty cut, under plans put forward by ministers. The Government has applied to the European Commission to vary the duty rates in 10 towns across Britain.
